A Proper Veggie Pizza Is Diet Food!

Pizza is one of America’s favorite foods. However, most people think pizza is a big caloric splurge that will surely put on a few unwanted pounds. If your choice of pizza is a big, five pound wonder loaded with sausage, pepperoni, salami and other fatty meats, it probably will cause an unpleasant tipping of the scales. Have you given thought to a totally veggie pizza as an alternative? Cheese is, of course, part of the pizza experience, but you can use less cheese than normal. Mozzarella is a part-skim cheese and not particularly fattening. Leave off the cheddar if you’re really worried about the fat. An all veggie pizza is a marvelous taste treat and so good for you, you should really think of it as health food to chase away any lingering guilt.
